Administrative Assistant, Centre for Lifelong Education (5-month contract)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration and customer service support for the certificate and short courses registration. This includes:
    1. Preparation of course flyers, signages and students’ personnel files
    2. Attend to walk-in applications and course counselling
    3. Print student cards
    4. Follow up with registration payments
    5. Verify students’ application statuses
    6. Course evaluation & consolidate feedback
  • Assist in logistics and facilities arrangements
  • Assist the team on other administrative work & perform other ad-hoc duties when required


  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Meticulous and with good administrative skills
