Rainbow Chairity

In a meaningful collaboration, students from NAFA’s 3D Design, Fine Art and Design & Media programmes and Rainbow Centre Singapore worked together to create nine unique artworks, from conceptualisation to decorating and painting, on child-sized Louis chairs.

The project which also involved other artists, culminated in an exhibition, Rainbow Chairity, held at ION Orchard from 1 to 15 December 2016. The exhibition seeks to increase awareness for children and youths with special needs as well as raise funds towards expanding the Margaret Drive campus to accommodate more students. The chairs are available for purchase from $8,000 onwards, depending on the pledge tiers.

Rainbow Chairity was graced by Ms Ho Ching, Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Holdings, as the Guest-of-Honour on 8 December.
