Students will be advised to buy their own basic tools and materials that are on sale at our campus one week before and on the week during the lessons commencement.
Special art and crafts materials will be provided in class at times.
The School Year
Consists of 2 semesters of 4 terms.
There are 20 weeks in one semester.
No classes during school holidays and public holidays.
There will be no make-up lesson(s) for missed class(es)
Starts with the enrollment for siblings of the existing students, followed by those on the mailing list.
No reservation and on a first-come first-serve basis.
Attendance
Attendance must be at least 80% for awarding of certificates.
Absence for 5 consecutive weeks without prior approval would be considered as withdrawal from the course.
Awarding of Certificates
Certificate of Participation :
Less than 2 years of course taken in Kinder Art, Children Art (Advanced), Lower Secondary and O-Level Art Courses.
2 Year Part-time Certificate :
On continual attendance for 2 years of course taken in Children Art, Lower Secondary and O-Level Art Courses.
Art Record
All students will be issued an Art Record as a report on their overall performance at the end of the semester.
It is an assessment and record of the student’s technical competencies, quality of expression and creativity, as well as personal response and working attitude.
Promotion of Students
Promotion is done before enrolment. (Withdrawal, re-entrance, and transfer of class are best done then)
Criteria is based on performance, age, duration of stay and vacancy of next level class.
Payment of Fees
Course fees must be paid in advance before commencement date of each Term / Semester.
There will be no reservation for students who fail to do so.
A penalty charge will be imposed for overdue payment.
Refund of Fees
S$50 + GST if withdrawal is made within 14 days before the commencement of the term and $100 + GST if withdrawal is made within the first two week of the term.
S$100 + GST if withdrawal is made within the first two week of the term.
No refund for withdrawal after 2 weeks of commencement.
