The duly completed form and cheque payment should be submitted to:

| External members will be issued with membership cards upon registration and payment of the annual membership fees. A fee of S$21.00 (inclusive of 7% GST) is payable for replacing a lost membership card.

| The Library was established in 1938 and has grown from one bookshelf of Chinese art books to the present 70,000 volumes of books and journals. These monographs cover the following subjects: fine arts; performing arts; fashion design, marketing and merchandising; graphic arts; interior design; jewellery design; multimedia; photography; management; education; geography and history. |
