Chinese ink on paper, 68cm x 134cm
In the cultivated Chinese mind, the four arts: painting, poetry, calligraphy and seal carving embody the spirit of Chinese thought and aesthetics. This exhibition features a modest assemblage of ink works by local and guest artists in the Academy's art collection through which they express their innermost aspirations in the classical medium with a touch of modernity.
