| URBAN TAPESTRY comprises works by three members of NAFA’s teaching faculty, namely, Mdm Lim Fei Shen, Selina Tan and Gillian Tan. The pieces will be performed by the talented students of the dance programme and promises to be an exciting evening. “QUARTET” is inspired by John Sharpley’s String Quartet No. 1; “Spirit of Sword” is inspired by a Tang Dynasty poem; “SHAN” is an abstract work that explores the use of the Chinese fan; while “Living Room” explores relationships between individuals within a domestic setting. |

On display will be 14 pieces of original, full-scale furniture prototypes which are conceptualised, designed and produced by the students in NAFA’s interior design workshop.
