Payment
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to the ‘Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts’. The student’s name, NRIC/Passport number and contact number should be written on the reverse side of the cheque.
 
Fees should be paid before the commencement of each term or semester as stipulated in the fee structure.
 
A penalty of S$15 per month will be levied if the fees are not paid by the due date, or the cheque for fees is returned by the bank and a replacement is not received by the due date.
 
Fee collection hours are from 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Public Holidays)
 
Refund of Fees - On Valid Grounds
Withdrawal within 14 days before the commencement of the term
  Tuition Fee will be refunded after deduction of $53.50.
 
Withdrawal within the first 2 weeks of the term
  Tuition Fee will be refunded after deduction of one month’s tuition fee or $107 whichever is higher.
   
Withdrawal after the 2nd week or thereafter no refund will be given.
  No refund will be given.
   
For tuition fee paid in semester, withdrawal after the 2nd week but before the end of term 1 or 3
  Tuition Fee paid for term 2 or 4 (where applicable) will be refunded in full.
   
Withdrawal or deferment requests shall be made in writing with supporting relevant documents (if any) to the Continuing Education Department.
 
The Academy reserves the rights to alter the rules & regulations, course contents, class schedule and fee structures without prior notice.
