Course Withdrawal / Deferment for Degree Course |

Withdrawal within 7 working days after signing the Student Contract (Cooling-off Period) |

If the cooling-off period is more than 7 working days before the commencement of the semester |

A full refund of the course fee. |

Subsequent Semesters |

|
Withdrawal more than 14 days before the commencement of the semester |

|
A full refund of the course fee. |

Withdrawal not more than 14 days before and after the commencement of the semester |

|
Refund 90% of the course fee payable in one semester, less any outstanding fee for the semester. |

|
Withdrawal more than 14 days into Term 1 or 3 but before the end of 8th week of the semester |

Refund 50% of the course fee payable in one semester, less any outstanding fee for the semester . |

Withdrawal after the 8th week of the semester |

No refund will be given. |

Valid grounds for withdrawal: |
| |
|
Accepted for study in another approved institution |
|
| |
|
Medical reasons (approved medical documents must be furnished); and |
|
| |
|
Student Pass not granted by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Singapore (applicable to international students only). |

|
|
All withdrawals must be made in writing with relevant supporting documents submitted to the Office of Student Affairs. |

| The Hospitalisation Insurance and Administrative Fees are non-refundable. |
