Experience the joy of music-making in an orchestra with fellow young musicians during Orchestra Day 2015! Organized for the first time as part of the School of Music’s 30th Anniversary celebrations this year, participants will receive coaching from some of the finest instrumental soloists and ensemble players in the region, and collaborate with aspiring amateur and semi-professional musicians to present Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 in E minor (”From the New World”) under the baton of Cultural Medallion recipient Maestro Lim Yau.
