Design & Media Degree Show 2010: Be A Good Creative

Every year the Design and Media Degree Show exhibits innovative and energetic works created by graduates from the BA (Hons) Graphic Communication and Multimedia programmes.

This year, Be a Good Creative reflects the way we are - that we are not perfect but we will not let you down either. We believe we want to be as good as we can, and contribute to the marketplace as a responsible and creative designer.

Derived from Don’t try to be original. Just try to be good, by Paul Rand, quoting Ludwig Mies van der Rohe – our graduates aim to serve our society with humility and honesty.

As this is one of the major art events held by the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, a significant number of design companies from the creative industries will be present for this event. The show will feature promising talents to share with us their experiences in their design field, particularly related to being a good creative. This will be held on the evening of 28 May 2010.

From this event, we hope to raise the public’s awareness of the design culture in Singapore. We hope that you can join us in celebrating the significance of this year’s graduates and also to promote design culture in Singapore.
