The Diploma in Art Teaching* is an all-rounded art and teaching training programme that gives you the foundation you need to impart the arts to the next generation. Gain exposure to a wide variety of art disciplines through studio practices and studies in contemporary art theory.

This is a 4-year double-diploma course developed for the MOE Art Teacher Training Scheme for GCE ‘O’ Level holders. You will study for the first 3 years at NAFA and the final year at the National Institute of Education (NIE), then graduate with a Diploma in Art Teaching from NAFA, and a Diploma in Art Education from NIE. Upon completion of the course, you will be deployed to teach Art in Singapore (MOE) secondary schools.
